In our gym we have daily music and movement classes, obstacle courses for various ages and abilities. At lunchtime our gym doubles as a sleep room for the children who have an "after lunch nap". This creates a calm, quiet area so the children can benefit from a restful sleep on a day bed under the watchful eye of our staff.
