Hollins Wood Childcare is an individual, family run nursery in a delightful semi rural setting just out of Marple Bridge village. Hollins Wood Childcare was opened in Summer 2009 by two sets of parents living locally for the purpose of delivering excellent childcare facilities.

We provide full day care for babies through to school age and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which ensures that the carers working with your child will pick up on their interests and abilities and build on them through play.

We also provide before school and after school care for children age 4 to 11 years.

Safeguarding

At Hollins Wood childcare we take safeguarding very seriously. All of our staff are obliged to attend safeguarding courses and we have two designated Safeguarding Officers in the building who are Angela Howarth and Stephen McMylor. All Room Leaders attending safeguarding courses specifically for Leaders and Managers.
